By using Litigation Lab Community, you acknowledge and understand that Litigation Lab Community is an innovative new concept technology platform that will constantly develop and evolve over time. As a member, you accept that the platform, its features, and services are subject to continuous improvement, modification, and change as part of our commitment to innovation and excellence.
All memberships require a 12-month mandatory commitment. By subscribing, you agree to the full 12-month term. Your subscription will automatically renew for an additional 12-month term at the end of each commitment period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Litigation Lab Community offers two billing options:
Your membership is a binding 12-month commitment regardless of billing option selected. This commitment cannot be shortened, paused, or terminated early.
Flex-Pay: Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card upon subscribing. Subsequent monthly payments will be charged on the same day each month for the duration of your 12-month commitment.
Annual: The full annual amount will be charged to your credit card upon subscribing.
We encourage you to explore our community pages and review our policies carefully before committing to membership. All support is provided through our support agents via the platform.
If you wish to cancel your membership before the 12-month commitment has been fulfilled, you may submit a cancellation request. Your membership will not renew for an additional term once the current 12-month period is complete.
Litigation Lab Community does not issue refunds under any circumstances for any services provided. This is a strict policy without exception. Once any payment has been processed — whether for membership subscriptions, courses, services, or any other offering — it is non-refundable.

In lieu of refunds, Litigation Lab Community may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue community credits to member accounts where it is deemed appropriate. The decision to issue community credits, the amount of any credits, and the terms of their use are entirely at the discretion of Litigation Lab Community management. Community credits are never convertible to cash and may only be applied toward Litigation Lab Community membership or services.
You may cancel your subscription to prevent automatic renewal by submitting a cancellation request before the end of your current 12-month term. Your membership will remain active through the end of the term and will not renew for an additional period. No partial refunds or credits are provided for any remaining days within a billing period.
