Matter Review and Information Sharing Consent

Authorization

I authorize Litigation Lab Community ("LLC") to review, organize, evaluate, and prepare a non-privileged matter summary or Matter Intelligence Package based upon information voluntarily submitted by me.

Acknowledgments

I understand and acknowledge that:

1. Litigation Lab Community is a litigation consulting and legal services support platform;
2. Litigation Lab Community is not acting as my attorney and no attorney–client relationship is created unless separately established in writing with licensed legal counsel;
3. The Matter Intelligence Package and related materials may be made accessible through the Litigation Lab Community ecosystem to attorneys, law firms, litigation consultants, experts, and other approved professionals for potential case evaluation, professional engagement, litigation support, or representation consideration;
4. Litigation Lab Community does not provide legal representation or legal advice;
5. All participation and engagement decisions are made independently by the participating professionals and firms;
6. Only information voluntarily submitted by me will be included in the case review materials;
7. Litigation Lab Community requests that privileged attorney–client communications, protected legal strategy, or confidential attorney work product not be submitted unless specifically requested by retained legal counsel.

Further Acknowledgments

I further acknowledge that:

1. Participating attorneys, firms, experts, and consultants may pay membership, access, participation, evaluation, or platform-related fees associated with the Litigation Lab Community ecosystem;
2. Litigation Lab Community does not guarantee representation, outcomes, recoveries, or engagement by any attorney, law firm, or professional.

Right to Withdraw

I understand that I may request the withdrawal of my case information from the Litigation Lab Community platform at any time by providing written notice. I acknowledge that information already accessed by platform participants prior to my withdrawal request may not be fully retractable, and any communications or engagements initiated before withdrawal remain outside the control of Litigation Lab Community.

Data Handling and Privacy

All information submitted will be handled in accordance with the Litigation Lab Community Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. Litigation Lab Community will take reasonable steps to safeguard submitted information; however, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Governing Law

This Consent shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
